Our In-House Plan Includes
- Adult + Child plan: Up to 2 exams, 2 Routine Cleanings and 1 set of Necessary X-Rays, Fluoride (age 13 and younger)
- Perio Plan : Up to 4 Perio Maintenance Cleanings, 2 Exams & 1 set of Necessary X-Rays (if perio infection is present). NOTE: The PERIO plan will cover 2 Perio Maintenance Cleanings a plan year, if any additionally cleanings are recommended, a 25% discount per visit would apply.

Restorative Procedures Discounts
You will receive 25% off of all treatment plans including sealants, fillings, crowns, bite guards and periodontal treatment.
Dental Exclusions & Limitations
This program is a savings plan, not a dental insurance plan. It cannot be used:
- In conjunction with another dental plan or dental insurance.
- For treatment which, in the sole opinion of the doctor, lies outside the realm of their capacity.
- For costs of dental care which are covered under automobile or medical insurance.
- For services of injuries covered under worker’s compensation.
- For dental procedures that are referred to specialists.
- No discounts on consumable items such as Toothpaste or Fluoride treatments
- No discounts on Whitening treatments or whitening products
Program Guidelines
- Membership fees are due the day of joining program.
- 30 day money back guarantee as long as no treatment has been rendered
- Children listed on plan must live in household or be a full time student.
- Membership expires one year from joining the program-plan is not retro-active.
- It is the member’s responsibility to utilize the services within their plan year. Any unused benefits will not be carried over or refunded.
- If appointments are broken without 24 hours prior notice, a cancellation fee will apply.
- Cosmetic procedures such as Whitening & is not included in the plan discount.
